Mr. Christopher
Shella
completed his graduation from Morehouse College and the University of Texas at
Austin School of Law. He clerked on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the
highest criminal court in the state of Texas. Chris Shella believes in working for the people and finding optimum
